I just got off the phone with Joel. My little Joel-y. He is doing an internship in San Antonio right now for the summer, and I haven't talked to him since he left. He texted me a while ago and said:
"Ms Melissa. you're amazing. And I love you and miss you. Hope life is treating you well."
Such a sweet text! Totally made my day! I texted back and then told him he could call and we ended up talking on the phone for probably close to an hour.
It was soo so good to talk to him. I love that kid. I think he will be one of my best friends for life.
